Bio
Alex Ojeda works with high-performing individuals, mid-level managers, and senior leaders who are navigating complexity, building stronger teams, and learning to lead without the constant feeling that they are one bad quarter away from being found out.
Alex spent seven years at Apple training and coaching employees across North America in both English and Spanish, where he developed a sharp understanding of what motivates people, how adults learn, and what separates good teams from great ones. He worked across retail and corporate environments, designing and delivering programs that helped people perform at their best, even under pressure. He was then recruited to Compass, a national real estate brokerage, where he grew a team from 4 to over 30, guided the organization through its startup to IPO transition, and built programs that supported both his team and their clients. He learned firsthand what it takes to lead through rapid growth, organizational change, and the moments when no playbook exists.
Alex left the corporate world to build his own practice. Today, he is an ICF PCC and CPCC certified executive and leadership coach, a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, and an AI integration consultant focused on the human side. He works with leaders and teams at organizations including Apple, Google, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Reddit, Twitch, UC Berkeley, and Louis Vuitton. His approach blends the Co-Active Coaching Model, hands-on LSP facilitation, and a deep commitment to helping people think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and act with greater intention. Whether he is working one on one with an executive or facilitating a room full of skeptical managers, Alex brings the same curiosity, rigor, and belief that people are more capable than they give themselves credit for.
Alex is also an active speaker and facilitator on the topics of leadership development and human-centered AI integration, bringing practical frameworks to audiences who are trying to make sense of a rapidly changing world of work.
Alex holds a BA in English from UC San Diego. He hikes, cycles, and lives in Los Angeles with his husband and cat.

Client Testimonials
"Alex came in to class prepared and ready to teach every day without skipping a beat. It was obvious he spent a considerable amount of time preparing to deliver our material everyday. There were no hiccups when a slide or module came up, he flowed very smoothly from one topic to the next. His timing was impeccable! He was very knowledgeable yet humble, and made us trust in him as a trainer by sharing relevant stories of his experience as a Genius. He could teach a class on facilitation... Great energy, humor, venerability, inflection. It would be a shame if Alex just went back to the store as a Genius and never continued his role as a mentor, trainer, and a teacher. We're were very lucky to have him train us on this material and will be able to share this experience with our entire team."

"Alex was a joy to have as an instructor. His energy and genuine desire to want to teach us was contagious and helped bring a diverse group of people to come together and learn. You could always feel Alex's passion for the things he was teaching which helped all of us to set aside our preconceived ideas and assumptions to receive what he had to say. I always felt Alex was extremely approachable and genuinely concerned about us as people and not just students. Alex did a great job of including everyone but also was perceptive as to when some needed space so there was never a time participation was overwhelming."
–Doug A.
"I cannot recommend you highly enough Alex. Your coaching style is supportive, positive, kind and productive. I really appreciate how our sessions are just the right balance of work and fun! The weekly homework assignments challenge me to expand beyond my current limitations, making room for new experiences and thought processes. Having you in my corner is helping me to clarify my professional goals, which gives me a new found confidence I have been missing. Thank you for being a wonderful listener and for creatively motivating me to search for answers in unexpected ways."
