Executive Partnership (12 months)

Ongoing strategic coaching for senior leaders navigating complex change. A confidential thinking partnership across the longer arc of a leadership role — quarterly strategy, difficult decisions, team transitions, and the consistent practice of leading with clarity under operational pressure.

Approximately two sessions per month across twelve months. In addition to the scheduled sessions, Executive Partnership clients have access to up to two 30-minute check-in calls per quarter for urgent or time-sensitive matters that shouldn't wait for the next scheduled meeting, plus short email follow-ups between sessions.

Best suited for senior supply chain and operations leaders in roles where the decisions you're making this quarter shape your career trajectory for the next three years.
