  • Over 25 years’ experience: I have worked across the education and the broader social impact sectors as a co-founder, leader, coach, and consultant.

  • I run reflective leadership programmes: for Multi Academy Trust teams, headteachers and senior leaders in high‑pressure, high‑accountability environments. Through these programmes, I help organisations embed inclusive culture and shared values across their schools, enabling leaders to create the conditions where everyone can flourish.

At its heart,  this work is about people.

I work with leaders and teams in education, often when working relationships feel fractured or out of sync, and also when teams are growing, expanding, or seeking greater alignment around how they work together.


Through team coaching, bespoke 1:1 coaching, and values-led consultancy, I support teams to rebuild trust, clarify what matters, and take shared responsibility for how they work together.


This creates the conditions where people can think honestly, relate differently, and lead with integrity. From that place, culture begins to shift through trust, connection, and collective ownership.
