With more than 15 years of experience in psychology and counseling, I approach Life Coaching with evidence-based practices through a client-centered focus rooted in the belief the client is the expert in their own life. I received a Master's degree in both Clinical and Community Psychology from Antioch Los Angeles where I completed California‘s Marriage and Family Therapist Training.
