Vent sessions require a minimum 30 minutes. If needing more than that, let me know how long you need in the note/comment section of the booking & I will send a payment link or invoice to your email, DM, or via text for remainder balance of that time needed. Please check all emails and/or texts for communication with us.

In sessions I will listen and give feedback on the situation that you present. I do not give you any tasks to work on, I only give advice for vent sessions. You also do not get a free follow-up appointment.

Appointments aren't approved until payment is received & disclaimer form is signed. 

If wanting tasks to work on from our session and/or if wanting a FREE follow-up call you will have to book an actual coaching session and not a vent session.

If needing a same day session, let me know & if I can accommodate it,  there will be an extra $10 charge.

If wanting extra contact outside of this session for a deeper insight on a personal question, you can book a coaching or another vent session. You can also use our FREE service where you text or DM me your personal question & I respond via a video or via a post. This will be posted on my FB page, but you will be left anonymous in the response.
