Phone coaching works the same as in-person coaching. We'll discuss your concerns, recap what is happening in your life, and discover ways to start moving in a helpful direction. 
Phone connections can be a great stop-gap when we can't meet in person. Charges for phone coaching are $30 per half hour with 30-minute minimums.
