Held a Top Secret Security Clearance as a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) at the United States Army Operational Test Command. During her 17 year service, she also held the following positions before retiring:

- Served as a Supply Technician as a Government contractor for L3 Vertex.
- Served as an Active duty military solider from 1997-2004. Received an honorable discharged from the United States Army.

- Experience financial abuse and trauma when they lack autonomy and financial education
- Lack direction about the lifestyle they desire to manifest
- Have big hearts, can be people pleasers, and disempowered
- Experienced workplace microaggressions, bullying, harassment, and being passed over for promotion have had a significant impact on their health and performance
- Served in the Armed Forces and have difficulty or challenges adjusting to civilian lifestyle due to trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety or depression, or military sexual trauma (MST)
- Separation or divorce from a significant other or spouse has significantly impacted your foundation and stability
- Social anxiety from large settings such as meetings, crowds, conferences, or groups that impact one’s ability to expand their purpose, business, and brand
- Physical or mental abuse from authoritative figures such as a Mother, Father, Supervisor, or co-worker
- Burnout from the workforce or current businesses
- Relational dysfunction, inauthenticity, trust issues, and lack of integrity

As a result, women have endured different attacks that often come in the form of relational, physical, financial, emotional, psychological, and spiritual attacks.
These attacks leave women creatives and entrepreneurs operating in survival mode. Operating in survival mode is an oppressive mentality that weakens the woman's identity, purpose, family, and community that she is associated with and connected to. Women creatives can no longer operate in survival mode.
