Professional Experience
I am a business leader, consultant, author, speaker and marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping entrepreneurs, organizations, and ministries grow with clarity and purpose. I’m the Founder and CEO of Proximo, a marketing firm based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, where I support businesses in launching, scaling, and strengthening their operations through strategic marketing and growth planning.
Beyond marketing, I work closely with leaders on organizational clarity, culture, and sustainable leadership. I also serve as a business coach with the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center, where I advise small business owners on strategy, growth, and long-term viability. I regularly speak and train on building healthy, values-driven organizations that balance performance with people.
I also serve as adjunct faculty at local colleges, teaching modern marketing practices, and remain actively involved in nonprofit and leadership initiatives. My work has been recognized with 40 Under 40 and Woman of Excellence honors, and I’ve been named “One to Watch in the Marketing World” by Authority Magazine.
