30 (50 minute) Sessions
Are you finding it incredibly challenging to stay focused on one task without getting distracted by another? Do you struggle to remain seated during important meetings, lectures, or family events? Whether you frequently misplace important items, forget things when leaving home, or impulsively blurt out answers, it's clear that you are facing some significant challenges.
Whether these are just a few of the symptoms you experience or there are many more, we are here to work together to help you get Back on Track. It's important to recognize that these symptoms may be related to other difficulties or concerns. Our focus is on the symptoms, not the diagnoses.
This coaching program is tailored to you because we understand that while change is necessary, taking the steps to make that change can be a challenge in itself.
What this package offers:
-A collaborative working relationship with a doctorate-level coach with extensive knowledge of ADHD and lived experiences with the symptoms
-Assessments and warm introduction. Assessments are provided to you on the first session and intermittently (depending on the package/number of sessions chosen)
-Video sessions and in-person sessions are available
-Tasks and activities to work on between sessions
-Between sessions messaging for questions or brief check-ins (not a session)
-SMART goals set at the beginning and reviewed periodically to make sure we are on track

ADHD Coaching Package:
- 30 (50 minute) Sessions Package: $5,248.20
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Full refunds will be granted if the purchased package was canceled within 48 hours of the calendar appointment date booked.
- If client cancels within 24 hours of the calendar appointment date booked, client is granted a partial refund. Refunds per package are as follows:
- 30 Session Package: Refund is the full amount of package minus $170
