What do you need to bring to the appointment:

The Document(s):

Bring the physical document(s) that need notarization. Make sure it is fully completed, with no blank spaces, and that the notary certificate is also complete. Do not sign document(s) before you come to the appointment. They must be signed in the presence of the Notary.

Valid Identification:

You will need to present a current, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The ID must be current or issued within the last 5 years.

Payment:

The notary fee is $15.00 per signature for the services: Notary Travel fees, $50-$100+ (based on distance and accessibility). We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Witnesses (if required):

Some documents require witnesses in addition to the signer. If your document requires witnesses, they must also be present with their valid ID. If you do not have a witness, we can provide one for you at no additional cost.

Understanding of Certificate Type:

If you are unsure about the type of notary certificate needed (acknowledgment or jurat), it's best to clarify this with the entity requesting the notarized document(s) before your appointment. The notary will not be able to advise you on the certificates required.

Parking and Building Location:

The parking entrance is on the east side of the building

Please take a ticket and proceed to the 2nd level

Park anywhere that is not marked RESERVED on the ground of the parking stall

Exit the parking structure on the second level, and the 340 building is the last building to the right.
