I’ve been there. For 25 years, I led teams at CNN, Oracle, and high-growth startups. At one point I realized being a "doer" and "fixer" had become a bottleneck to my own professional growth, as well as my team's velocity and business outcomes. Instead, I had to embrace being a more "future-focused" leader that the business actually needed.   

In 2026, I retired from design management to focus exclusively on coaching tech leaders transitioning into senior/executive roles, and startup founders scaling from "small and scrappy" to "growth stage."  

Using an approach I've been developing called the "Leveraged Leader" framework, my goal is to help you achieve:
