I am a professional coach, having graduated with a PC degree from the Duquesne University Palumbo-Donahue School of Business PCCP class of 2025.
I am also credentialed in the 6 Team Conditions framework, the best-evidenced team model for generating superb team performance based on decades of research with real-world teams by Drs. Ruth Wageman and Richard Hackman, and many more scholar-practitioners at Harvard, MIT, Yale, and other leading universities.
My area of focus is helping new as well as senior leaders grow and succeed. As people leaders we serve the critical role of balancing our teams' needs with business outcomes and environmental constraints. This position affords us tremendous opportunities to be of help, but can also create pressure from many directions. Coaching can help identify and define those challenges, and explore possible paths forward to realizing your potential as a leader.

I have been a design leader with over 25 years of experience at companies including America Online, AddThis (acquired by Oracle Data Cloud), Contactually (acquired by Compass), Virtru (a data protection and privacy organization) and Warner Bros. Discovery.
As a community leader I founded NoVA UX, a large Meetup group for user experience professionals in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area which offered monthly speakers, workshops, and other UX-oriented events for 11 years until ending in 2023.
