As a PhD in organizational psychology and seasoned executive in a variety of organizations (e.g., fortune 500, start-up, large philanthropic organizations), I bring a unique blend of insight, empathy, and strategic acumen to my coaching practice. Having personally made significant transitions between industries, countries, and roles, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of leadership transitions.
