Bio
I am an ICF-certified Holistic Life Coach, IFS practitioner, and certified meditation and mindfulness teacher. I also hold a Ph.D. in Italian Renaissance Art History and am the co-founder of Body & Soul Collective, a women’s wellness company. My passion is helping clients release the burdens that hold them back so they can step into their most abundant, authentic, and sparkly life.
Professional Experience
For the past five years, I’ve worked with clients as an ICF-certified Holistic Life Coach and IFS practitioner, guiding them through life’s transitions—from menopause and relationship shifts to career changes, parenthood, and early adulthood. I integrate meditation and mindfulness to help clients stay present, manage stress and anxiety, and regulate their nervous systems. Using the evidence-based therapeutic model of Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support people in releasing old traumas, limiting stories, patterns, and fears—so they can move beyond surviving and begin truly thriving.
Education
