Discovery Session (FREE)
This complimentary 1-hour session is designed to help us explore whether we are a good fit for a coaching relationship. It’s an opportunity for you to share your story, your goals, what inspires you, and the challenges that may be standing in your way.
The session is completely confidential and held in a safe, supportive space. Nothing discussed will leave my office. My aim is to give you a genuine feel for what coaching with me is like, so you can decide if this is the right next step for you.
