Interested? My name is Nina Violet Risch. I am completing certifications as a Certified Professional Coach, Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. I work creatively and collaboratively with individuals to heal from grief and loss through a Trauma-Informed lens. As a coach, I partner with adults of all genders to navigate the complex journey of life after experiencing a loss. This process is grounded in the belief that each person's journey is unique, and there is no universal solution; instead, we focus on your expertise in your own life. Through compassionate listening and insightful questioning, I help illuminate your life experiences, aspirations, values, beliefs, visions, and goals. As your dedicated coach, I facilitate transformative perspective shifts, empowering you to recognize what strategies are working well and what may require reevaluation. Together, we embark on a collaborative dance to devise a new, purposeful path forward—one that is distinctly tailored to your vision and personal growth.

Professional Experience
I was an art teacher for 15 years, an herbalist for 10, and a painter most of my life. I am completing various coaching certifications. I came to coaching because I have been the go-to person for advice, mentorship, and motivation. It was a natural transition into coaching, as I have worked with many clients consulting on herbalism, education, and grief.
