This Package includes an initial 60-minute session, plus six (6) 50-minute sessions, an initial Wheel of Life or Saboteur assessment review, and access to Simply Coach, which will allow you to collaborate directly with your coach through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Simply Coach also includes a library of resources, videos, action plans, and other customized tools and templates for goal planning and lifestyle management.

After your session is scheduled, you will receive a link to your coaching engagement agreement which contains all of the terms and conditions discussed with your coach.  

We offer two payment plans below and you have one year from the date of your agreement to complete all sessions at the rate offered. A signed agreement is necessary before your first session begins.
