Executive, Leadership and Life Coach

The breadth of professional, educational and personal experiences contribute to my ability to naturally and easily connect with people at all levels in a variety of industries around the world.

Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Executive Coaching, Life Coaching, Transition Coaching

As a coach, Randi has worked with adults and adolescents to grow and succeed in all aspects of life by overcoming challenges.  She has coached many on leading self, leading others, and leading organizations.  This involves building emotional intelligence capabilities to strengthen relationships with coworkers and clients, increasing organization and time-management skills by setting priorities to better assess the time needed to complete tasks, and working with people through the process of navigating a new position making for a smoother transition.  Randi  often coaches people who want to create a better work-life balance through self-care which is critical to achieve peak performance in their personal and professional lives. Randi's coaching is informed by decades of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in the legal, finance, human resources and education sectors.  In addition to being a Certified Life Coach, she has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Communication Sciences, and a Certification as an Employee Benefits Paralegal.   Although a New Yorker through and through, Randi has loved living in North Carolina for the past 20 years.

My Clients

Soft skills are some of the hardest to improve. I knew where my weaknesses were but had no idea how to start improvement. Randi was exactly the coach I needed. She helped me get to a place where I could see the steps to take and practice the small progressions every week. Randi made sure they were my ideas and didn’t limit the directions I would take week to week to get there.

Randi has played a valuable role in my growth and development as a new leader within my organization.  Her coach sessions were always productive, inspiring and time I looked so forward to every week.  Her warm, welcoming approach made it so easy for me to open up and talk about whatever was on my mind.  She created a trusting space for me to laugh, cry, and explore wherever I needed to go.  I learned a lot about myself, others and the leadership that I need to be successful.  My coaching with Randi was such a great experience and a gift that I am so thankful for!

When I started my coaching journey with Randi, I wasn't sure quite what to expect nor was I sure exactly how to best make use of the time. Despite all that, as I look back on the journey, I have come so far.  Randi worked with me on understanding where I am and where I want to go. She helped me identify goals, such as increasing my professional support system, and the steps to achieve those goals and I am amazed to see how far I have come in the pursuit of these goals. I have been able to identify new paths to get around obstacles that had previously felt insurmountable and I have new life at my job and excitement in my role.   I am so grateful to have spent this time with Randi and I would recommend professional coaching to anyone who is ready to take on new space in their life and career.

Choosing the right coach is definitely key to having a successful experience. I'm glad I selected Randi as my coach! She created an environment of trust and comfort for me to share freely. She was a great listener and would pull on certain things she heard to help me work through an issue or where I may have been struggling. I have seen the improvements in a few areas and attribute that to my sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed my coaching experience and Randi was definitely key to that!

Professional Experience

Randi's path to becoming a coach started after college when she managed employee benefit plans for small and large client companies of international law and accounting firms and functioned as liaison among attorneys, clients and government agencies.  While learning to work within the hierarchy of these environments, Randi developed an analytical mind, became a critical thinker, and learned how to effectively manage her time.  However, Randi had always wanted to work in a rehabilitative field and found her next career as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals with speech and language disorders secondary to autism,  emotional, intellectual, and learning disabilities, hearing and visual impairments, ADD and ADHD.  She addressed social, emotional and behavioral needs secondary to fetal alcohol syndrome, in utero drug exposure, neglect and abuse.  During this period of her life,  Randi became increasingly aware of the importance of emotional regulation and intelligence and excelled in these areas personally and professionally.  This lead to the pursuit of leadership/life coaching where she could use her cumulative strengths and skills in working with others.  Randi is currently a coach to all levels within corporate structure addressing professional development and personal growth with the focus on effective communication, emotional intelligence and regulation,  executive presence,  time-management, work-life balance, and transition navigation.
