I am a highly successful, though also highly challenged, Autistic adult, who was diagnosed very late in life. I am an Autistic parent of 2 Autistic children…one diagnosed, & one who ran into the gender-blindness of diagnosis.

I am an Autistic coach & mentor, an Autistic advocate, an Autistic board member with Life Guides for Autistics & Neurodiversity Foundation, & an AANE certified IACT Autistic coach. I’ve been a coach & mentor throughout my career as a technologist, as a multicultural change catalyst, & as an Autistic adult coach.

Like most of you, I do not ascribe to the broken narrative about Autistics. I am proud & happy to have discovered that I am Autistic. I am not broken. I am not less than. I am as capable a human being as anyone, as are all Autistic people.

I’ve led a highly varied & different life than most Autistic adults…with many amazing successes, while challenged continually from many of our common Autistic differences. I’ve been successful despite living a life fully challenged by change. I’ve moved 30 times between cities. I’ve repeatedly been successful in rediscovering & reinventing myself. Unexpectedly, those experiences have allowed me to help others who found my experiences valuable in finding their own paths.
