In 2004, when coaching was still an emerging field, I stepped in—driven by a deep curiosity about business, leadership, and human potential. Since then, I’ve spent over 4000 hours coaching business owners one-on-one, helping many scale beyond what they thought possible—some by as much as 500% in a year.
Before coaching, I spent over a decade in sales, business research, and equity sales, gaining an insider’s view of how businesses grow and leaders think. That experience, combined with training C-suite executives in leadership and communication, shaped my approach—sharp, strategic, and results-driven.
As a Master NLP Practitioner, I go beyond tactics. I help clients break through mental roadblocks, rewire limiting patterns, and operate at their peak. Because real business growth isn’t just about better strategies—it’s about becoming the kind of leader who can execute them.
