Professional Experience
Years ago, feeling stuck, restless, confused, and self-doubting, I found myself alone, afraid, and longing for something more. Surviving many lifequakes through my youth and college years, I thought life might settle down with motherhood and a predictable career path. This did not happen. In 2010, my kidneys shutdown, and I began a 5-year battle in kidney failure on dialysis. My mother and I had been running our own business for 15+ years, which we closed down due to my illness.Â
With so many changes in the roles and rhythms of life that once defined me came the questioning of my own purpose and ability to live out God’s design in yet another new season. I began pressing into my core values, passions, and patterns. What I found was amazing: God had created me with all of this in mind so I could embrace my identity through Him and help others find their way too!
This "Second Act" led me to not only pursue and achieve my Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling but also receive Masters Level Board Certifications in grief/loss, addiction/recovery, crisis/trauma along with hundreds of hours of training to support coaching through parenting, disease/disability, women's issues, gerontology, and relationships/communications.
From chronic illness and abandonment to single parenting and recovery from abuse, I’ve walked through some fires and come out as gold with a renewed sense of purpose. Now, with over 30 years' experience, I combine specialized education, God's Word, and real-life wisdom to help generations align with Christ's identity, clarify life goals, and move boldly toward lasting personal and professional growth. My mission now is to lead generations toward wholeness with God, themselves, and others through coaching, speaking, and building community.
