Sharon has spent her career walking alongside leaders at pivotal moments — transitions, challenges, and the quiet in-between spaces where the most important growth happens.

What she's learned is this: the leaders/people who grow the most aren't always the most experienced or the most talented. They're the ones willing to look honestly at themselves and do something with what they see.
