Program Description
This is an 8-week, individually coached lab designed for people who are in a period of transition and want more clarity, alignment, and forward movement—without the pressure or noise of a group program.
This is an 8-week, individually coached lab designed for people who are in a period of transition and want more clarity, alignment, and forward movement—without the pressure or noise of a group program.
The lab combines:
- Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes)
- A light weekly theme to focus reflection and experimentation
- Optional written prompts and resources between sessions
This is not a course, and it is not group coaching.
Each participant works directly with me in a private, one-to-one coaching relationship.

The purpose of the lab is to create a contained, supportive structure where insight turns into action, and reflection turns into momentum.
Who This Is For
This lab is a good fit if you:
- Feel “in between” phases of life or work
- Want to live more aligned with your values
- Are tired of overthinking and want to take meaningful action
- Prefer depth and privacy over group dynamics
- Want structure without being micromanaged
This lab is not therapy, and it is not about fixing yourself.
It assumes you are capable, whole, and creative—and that what you need right now is space, clarity, and accountability.

What a Week Looks Like
Each week follows a simple rhythm:
1. Weekly Theme
At the start of the week, you receive:
- A short written reflection or prompt related to that week’s theme
(e.g., values, time, resilience, decision-making)
These are meant to orient your thinking, not create homework pressure.
2. 60-Minute Private Coaching Session
You and I meet one-to-one for a 60-minute coaching session.
In these sessions:
- You set the agenda
- We explore what’s most alive or relevant for you
- We use the weekly theme as a lens, not a script
- We identify actions or experiments that feel meaningful and doable
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and action-oriented.
3. Optional Between-Session Reflection
After the session, you may:
- Complete a short reflection
- Try a small experiment
- Use optional resources from the lab library
Nothing is graded. Nothing is mandatory.
The focus is progress, not perfection.

Why This Lab Exists Now
I am currently in professional coach training and certification, and I am actively practicing what I am learning.
This lab exists because I am in a period of deep learning, reflection, and growth—and I believe growth is something best done alongside others who are willing to engage honestly with their own lives. Rather than waiting until certification is complete, I am choosing to walk the path in real time and offer a structured, thoughtful container for others who feel ready to do the same.
Growth is a core value of mine. That means experimenting, learning, receiving feedback, and refining my craft—not in theory, but in practice. This lab allows me to continue developing as a coach while supporting clients who are ready to reflect, align, and take meaningful action for themselves.
This is an invitation to work together during a moment of real movement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This is professional coaching, not therapy or counseling.
Coaching focuses on awareness, alignment, and forward movement. It assumes you are capable, resourceful, and whole. If you are looking for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support, this lab would not be the right fit.
Is this group coaching?
No. This is an individually coached experience.
All sessions are one-to-one and private. There are no group meetings, group calls, or shared discussions with other participants.
Do I need to prepare or do homework?
There is no required homework.
Each week includes a short reflection or prompt related to the theme, along with optional resources. You choose how much you engage with these between sessions. The focus is on progress, not completion.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens.
If you need to miss a session, we’ll reschedule when possible within the 8-week window. If rescheduling isn’t feasible, that session may be forfeited. The lab is designed as a time-bound container to support continuity and momentum.
Are sessions recorded?
Sessions may be recorded with your consent.
Recordings are private and used only for professional development and certification purposes. They are not shared publicly or with other participants.
Is this appropriate if I’m not sure what I want to work on?
Yes.
You do not need a fully formed goal to participate. Many people enter the lab with a general sense of restlessness, uncertainty, or transition. Clarifying what matters and what’s next is part of the work.
How is this different from ongoing coaching?
This lab is intentionally time-limited and structured.
Rather than open-ended coaching, the lab provides a clear 8-week arc with weekly themes that help focus exploration and action. It’s designed as a contained experience, not an indefinite commitment.
Who is this not a good fit for?
This lab may not be a good fit if you:
- Are looking for therapy or clinical support
- Prefer a highly directive or advice-driven approach
- Want a group or community-based experience
- Are not able to commit to weekly sessions for 8 weeks
What happens after the 8 weeks?
At the end of the lab, we’ll take time to reflect on what you’ve learned and where you want to go next.
Some clients may choose to continue coaching; others may feel complete and move forward independently. There is no obligation to continue beyond the lab.
