Interested?I’m Michelle, a certified life coach and personal trainer who helps women rebuild confidence, stop people-pleasing, and feel proud of who they are. My approach blends mindset and movement to create lasting change, because real transformation happens when your mind and body work together, not against each other.
After navigating life-changing brain surgery and the challenges of motherhood, I learned how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. Through my own rebuilding, I discovered the power of self-belief and balance. Now, I help other women come back to themselves, stronger, calmer, and more confident than ever.

Professional Experience
With over two decades in the health and coaching industry, I’ve built my career on helping women and athletes unlock their potential. I founded, built, and successfully sold my own gym, gaining first-hand experience in creating supportive, empowering spaces for growth. I’ve worked with backroom teams for top county-level sports programmes, focusing on mindset, performance, and wellbeing.
Across my career, I’ve coached and trained thousands of clients 1:1 guiding them to rebuild confidence, improve their health, and create sustainable habits that last. My work now combines life coaching, personal training, yoga, and coach development to support lasting balance, resilience, and genuine self-belief.
