Coach Windsong, Founder and Lead Practitioner
Breakthrough Liberation Keys for Transformative Growth.
Behavioural Coaching, Mindset Coaching, Wellbeing Coaching, Thought Partner
Interested?Coach Windsong, EdS, is a breakthrough coach, formally trained EFT practitioner, certified and accredited Matrix ReImprinting practitioner, and former fine art and special education teacher with over 12 years of experience supporting diverse learners. As a neurodivergent, highly sensing educator with advanced training in Functional Behavioral Assessments, she brings a grounded blend of intuition, behavioral insight, creativity, and attunement to her work.
Her relationship with EFT began more than 15 years ago, during a period marked by negative self-talk, binge–purge eating patterns, and emotionally painful experiences. Through learning EFT, she released long-held emotional blocks, eased harmful inner narratives, and gained clarity that allowed her to step into new identities as an educator, artist, public speaker, and advocate for neurodivergent children and adults.
Her approach is grounded in partnership. She guides clients through EFT tapping while the tapping does the work, allowing the client—not the coach—to lead the process. Curiosity becomes the entry point, and clients do not need perfect language or a fully formed story to begin. If they can describe what they feel, where they feel it, or whether it connects to another moment in their lives, that is enough to initiate meaningful change. Together, they tap through whatever arises—whether named or unnamed—and hold space for the emotional truth beneath it. Rather than fighting against an inner critic, fear, or hesitation, she helps clients understand how these responses once protected them. As tapping softens these patterns, clients often experience behavioral shifts, relief from emotional overwhelm, clearer decision-making, improved confidence, and a greater ability to calm heightened emotions so they can access reasoning, intelligence, and problem-solving more effectively.
Over the years, she has supported clients through a wide range of transformations—from quitting smoking and helping a young student end a video-game dependency to quieting the inner critic that once held a client back from pursuing a dream career, and supporting individuals navigating emotionally complex relationship dynamics. These lived experiences, combined with her background in case management, special education, and behavioral intervention, ultimately led to the development of EFTblk™, a coaching practice centered on emotional freedom and, for those who resonate with it, creative arts integration as an additional pathway to clarity and insight.
Today, she integrates Emotional Freedom Techniques, reflective inquiry, Matrix ReImprinting, and optional creative arts methods. Her trauma-aware, confidential coaching helps growth-oriented clients understand the purpose behind their emotional patterns, release what no longer serves them, and experience shifts that support emotional steadiness, self-trust, and meaningful life progression.
Coach Windsong works best with clients who are ready to explore themselves with curiosity, meet their emotions honestly, and create space for change—one tapping session at a time.

My Clients
I missed the group workshop, so I booked a one-on-one Sankofa Akoma session as a birthday gift to myself. I would not call myself an artist at all, but Coach Windsong made the collage part feel so natural for me. The tapping helped me slow down and actually connect with emotions I usually run from. I ended up creating a piece I framed and hung on my wall—it reminds me every day of the healing I did for my inner child.”
“Now, instead of avoiding my feelings, I feel more able to go inward with compassion and confidence. This experience honestly changed how I see myself and what "healing work" can look like.” -Spelman College Student-C/O 2027
“Working with Coach Windsong helped me understand myself in ways talk therapy did not. I kept my therapist and worked with Coach Windsong for 6 mos. using EFT to explore my core beliefs. - Ella. D., 2025
“With tapping, our son gained confidence, emotional regulation tools, and clarity that changed his behaviors for the better in school and at home. He is now in his 3rd year of college and knows who he is! - Janice and Quinn B., 2023
“I was very skeptical about tapping on my face to stop smoking. I really wanted to stop and after failing on will power alone so many times, I was willing to try anything. I can proudly say, I stopped smoking! I am now, 2 years cigarette free because of EFT tapping and my own words!” – J. B. 2024
