During this 30-minute meeting, you and Coach Windsong will:

clarify your most pressing needs or emotional patterns
identify the themes, memories, or areas of focus you want to explore
discuss any hesitations, fears, or challenges you feel moving into EFT or Matrix ReImprinting
review your wellness goals or intentions
explore your comfort level with creative arts integration, if applicable
confirm scheduling, boundaries, and expectations
ensure your client profile is complete and accurate

This session ensures that when you enter your first EFT or Matrix reImprinting session, the process feels grounded, safe, and individualized for your needs.
