As an ADHD Coach, I have over a decade of experience working with women & college students with ADHD & EFD.
I am passionate about working with ADHD & EFD individuals, to help you build competency for the successful navigation of your world by teaching you & coaching you to develop necessary skills. These skills include organization, planning, prioritizing, metacognition, goal-setting and time management. I coach from a Christ-centered, wholistic, zero-shame, strength-based approach, which means your entire personhood matters to me in the acquisition of skills and in your development. You will be seen, respected, encouraged, understood & equipped.

I have ADHD and Executive Functioning Disorder myself, and I have worked with a range of ADHD clients for nearly a decade. From Executive Directors who need help on their dissertation and work-life balance to college students in academic trouble, helping them to make Dean’s List, your development as an informed & capable neuro-divergent person
made in God’s image is my passion. In addition to that, 3 of my 5 kids are also ADHDers.

My Clients

Kayla H.
“Dawn is an expert in her field & coaches in such a beautiful way. Her heart for the Lord & desire to bring him into each session was a game changer for me. Science is catching up with the Bible and I was able to so clearly see that through her coaching. She is incredible to work with. She knows her stuff and if you’re willing to put in the work, Dawns coaching program will transform your life.”

Hudson S.
“My understanding of ADHD has changed  completely. Before i thought it was part of who i am and that I was defined by it in some ways. But now I am learning to separate the two voices and really learn to manage ADHD and to use and recognize its strengths. I actually study for tests and do my homework :0 I’m getting really good grades in college while juggling a D1 track and cross country program.”

Amber F.
“I no longer think I have early onset dementia! I learned so much, and I talk about my experience with Dawn all of the time: nutrition, time horizons... are my favorite. I appreciate Dawn's transparency. So much of what she has shared has left me thinking, "I thought it was only me." I am glad to know that how I think, do, and respond are reflections of how my brain works and not that there is something wrong with me. I am putting my "move to New Jersey" plan into effect!
