Here's a brief overview of what you can expect from your coaching experience:
- Personalized Coaching Sessions: You will have eight regular one-on-one sessions with me as your dedicated coach (50 minutes each). We will work to identify your values, strengths, areas for improvement, and goals. Virtual sessions are the norm, but in-person coaching sessions are available at no extra cost for individuals within 10 miles of Rockland County, NY.
- Tailored Development Plan: We will collaborate to create a personalized development plan (Rising flight path!) tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
- Actionable Feedback: You will receive constructive feedback and actionable insights to help you maximize your potential and achieve your objectives; these will include industry best practices in management and leadership as well as positive psychology tools.
- Continuous Support: You will receive ongoing support and guidance throughout your coaching journey, via regular messaging and a learning portal specifically designed to your needs, ensuring that you have the resources you need to succeed.
