Here's a brief overview of what you can expect from this SPARK coaching experience for your managerial team:
- Personalized Coaching Sessions: Your managers will have access to six hours of 'speed coaching' in one day (individual, tailored coaching sessions split between 6-12 leaders). Each session will be 30-60 minutes, depending on how you decide to split up the six hours of coaching. We will work to target the 'speed coaching' to 1-2 specific areas of focus for your organization as well as the individual needs of each manager participant. Virtual sessions are the norm, but in-person sessions are available for within 20 miles of Rockland County, NY.
- Tailored Development Plan for your leaders: We will collaborate to start the creation of actionable personalized development plans (Rising flight paths!) tailored to your organizational focus areas and each manager's individual needs and aspirations.
- Actionable Feedback: Your mangers will receive constructive feedback and actionable insights to help them maximize their potential and start meeting their objectives; these will include industry best practices in management and leadership as well as positive psychology tools.
- Continuous Support: You will receive ongoing support and guidance as we prepare for this one-day experience, via regular messaging, a consultation meeting and a learning portal specifically designed to your needs, ensuring that your managerial team has the resources needed to succeed.
