Maybe you're leading well on the outside but feeling stretched on the inside. Maybe you're facing a change, a decision, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift. Coaching gives you space to pause, breathe and think clearly about what matters most to you.
I'm a mum, wife, carer, senior leader and professional coach, so I know what it's like to hold a lot at once. I've spent nearly 30 years in leadership of public services, people development and organisational change, and I've learned that how we lead and how we live are deeply connected. That belief is at the heart of my coaching.
I'm also happiest by the water. I'm passionate about blue health, the calm, clarity and perspective that time near water can bring, and I bring that sense of space into every coaching conversation. I'd always rather be outdoors than in, but I also know how accessible virtual coaching is. So while we meet online, I'll invite you to bring the outdoors in: joining from somewhere you feel at ease, near a window, a garden or by the water if you can, and making room to slow down and reflect.
How I work
I bring a warm, grounded and respectful presence, and I believe the people I coach are capable, resourceful and creative. I'm here to listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, reflect back what I notice and offer gentle challenge, so you can see things differently and find your own way forward.
My approach is non-directive, forward-focused, and informed by trauma-aware practice, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). I work with the whole person, whatever your neurotype, health or circumstances. That's why I invest so much in continuing professional development: so I can adapt to what works for you, rather than asking you to fit a single approach. I work in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, with clear contracting, confidentiality and respect for your choices at every stage.
