- Share what’s going on in your life or work
- Clarify what you’d like to change or achieve
- Learn more about how coaching works
- See whether you feel comfortable and aligned with me as your coach
This isn’t a full coaching session but it often brings valuable clarity and insight.
If you decide to move forward after our discovery session, we can agree on a coaching journey that best supports your goals.
I can confirm that I:
- Have a coaching supervisor and engage in monthly supervision sessions
- Hold professional insurance
- Am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching (AF)
- Have recently completed the Professional Practice Award in Mentoring with the Scottish Mentoring Network
- Am a Fellow Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
