Discovery Session

The Discovery Session is an opportunity for both the coach and the client to get to know each other and clarify goals, visions, preferences, interests, and how the client learns best. The session helps build rapport, explore expectations, and establish a foundation for a successful coaching relationship. We develop a plan tailored to your coaching goals, draft an agreement, and begin a Whole Person Coaching Session to start our journey together, or decide that coaching may not be the best fit for you at this time. If you choose to continue, you may select from the three-, six-, or twelve-month plans.
