Coaching - 60 minute 1:1 session
This session type is a 60 minute virtual coaching session. These sessions are billable, based on agreement between the client & the coach.
Coaching sessions follow a path negotiated initially during the Discovery Session, & updated as a client coaching journey progresses. Initial sessions will focus on goal setting to define key goals that support an identified client need, such as job search, skills acquisition, personal effectiveness, self knowledge & acceptance, proactive health management, self advocacy, & more.
