Discovery Session (FREE)

A discovery or exploratory session or consultation is a preliminary meeting between a life coach and a potential client. The main purpose of this session is to explore and assess the client's needs, goals, and challenges. 

It serves as an opportunity for both the coach and the client to get to know each other, determine if they are a good fit, and establish the foundation for a successful coaching relationship!
