I work exclusively with leaders and leadership teams to create high performance practices that promote trust and psychological safety.
The leaders I've worked with come from a mix of sectors (start up, private, Fortune 50, government, academia, technology, consumer goods etc) with titles ranging from Manager to CEO and Founder.
The common theme is a desire to create a new - more human - way of working that helps them and their teams get the work done well while having fun and learning; all while deepening both the value they give and the 'meaning' they get.
