Business Partnering: Initial Conversation

This meeting is for you if you'd like to explore working together.
Depending on the nature of your business, this may look like;
- partnering to bring knowledge in-house;
- building a commercially collaborative relationship (partnering with us to deliver/co-deliver to your clients);
- licensing and learning what we do so you can access our proprietary IP to confidently deliver with our support (our IP includes: tools, frameworks for change, leadership and team workshops, coaching journeys, and learning materials such as videos and guides);
This is the agenda I follow to help us have the most practical and meaningful conversation:
- The context: Tell me about your business, your role in the business (not just your title, but all the ways you influence the business), and why this partnership is timely.
- Your aspirations: Help me understand your hopes for working together. What do you hope to gain/achieve?
- The background:
- If your interest is in partnering for transformation: What have you (or others) already attempted? With what levels of success? What did you learn from those attempts?
- If your interest is in creating a commercial, transactional partnership: Tell me a little more about how you partner with providers. e.g. the practicalities, your process or model, and what you ask and offer.
